The first step in listening to a podcast on your iPod Touch is to set up the transfer of the podcast episodes from the iTunes library to your iPod Touch device.

1. On your computer, launch iTunes.
2. Plug your iPod Touch into your computer. iTunes will recognize the iPod Touch device and sync the iPod Touch with your iTunes library.

   You may need to alter your iPod Touch sync settings to ensure the podcast episodes are downloaded to your iPod Touch device during the sync process.

   1. After connecting your device to the computer, locate the "Devices" section in the left column of the program window. You should see your device listed.
   2. Single-click on the device to display the sync settings in the right window pane.
   3. Select the "Podcasts" tab found at the top of the iPod sync settings.
   4. Locate the NetQast podcast you have subscribed to in the list of podcasts that is displayed.
   5. Make sure the check box next to the NetQast podcast is checked. If it is not, click the check box and then click the "Apply" button in the bottom right hand corner of the window.
   6. Then click the "Sync" button.
3. Once the sync is complete, disconnect/eject your iPod Touch device per Apple's instructions and you are ready to play the podcast episode on your iPod Touch device.

1. In the list of apps on your iPod Touch device, locate the "iPod" application and touch the icon to launch the app.
2. In the "iPod" application locate the iPod navigation menu.
   
   Touch the "more" menu item to view more "iPod" items.
3. Locate and touch the "Podcasts" menu item.
4. In the list of podcasts displayed, find the NetQast podcast you wish to listen to and touch the podcast name.
5. The display now shows the podcast episodes that are available for listening. Touch the podcast episode you wish to listen to.
6. The podcast episode will immediately start playing on your iPod Touch device.
